Nicole Hahn and Joseph Gugin

Nicole Hahn and Joseph Gugin were married at Community Hall on Mackinac Island December 31, 2006. Mackinac Island Mayor Margaret Doud officiated the ceremony.

Witnesses for the wedding were Sheryl Gough of Mackinac Island, Terry Gillespie of St. Ignace, and the ring bearer was the Gugins' 15-month-old son, Donavin.

A wedding reception will be held at the Community Hall on the Island Saturday, February 24. Michael "James" Williford will provide entertainment.

The bride, originally from Iowa City, Iowa, is the daughter of Mary Lee and Don Moothart of Fairfield, Iowa, and the late Allyn Einck of Lawler, Iowa. She is employed at First National Bank of St. Ignace on Mackinac Island. She has lived on Mackinac Island for four years.

The groom, a resident of Mackinac Island, is the son of Stanley Gugin and the late Sandra Gugin. Mr. Gugin is the owner of J&E Construction Incorporated of Mackinac Island.
