11th Circuit Court

The following dispositions are from 11th Circuit Court in St. Ignace January 19, Judge Charles Stark presiding.

+ Dustin Currie, 21, of St. Ignace, was sentenced to serve 11 months in jail and pay fines and costs on a charge of breaking and entering a building with intent.

+ Kenneth Mongene Jr., 23, of Cedarville, was sentenced to serve 10 months in jail and pay fines and costs on a charge of breaking and entering a building with intent.

+ Craig Nichols, 46, of Bay City, was sentenced to serve 20 to 30 months in prison and pay fines and costs on charges of operating while intoxicated/impaired, controlled substance (third offense).

+ Angelina Guerra, 34, of Hessel, was sentenced to serve 56 days in jail and pay fines and costs on charges of attempted uttering and publishing.

+ Robert Day, 37, of Indiana, was sentenced to 18 to 40 years in prison on a charge of first degree criminal sexual conduct.
