St. Ignace Snow Days Set for Feb. 16; Parent Volunteers Sought for Events

St. Ignace Elementary School will host its annual Snow Days celebration Friday, February 16, at the school. Students will participate in games and outdoor activities during the school day, followed by a community chili supper from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the middle school cafeteria. The Saints courtwarming basketball game and 50/50 raffle will follow at LaSalle High School gymnasium.

Adult chili supper tickets cost $5 each, student tickets cost $3, and tickets can be purchased from any student or the school office. Children younger than five will be admitted free. Proceeds will benefit the student field trip fund.

Parent volunteers are needed for Snow Days, and may sign up by calling the school office at 643- 8500.
