Grief Workshop Offered at St. Ignace

Hospice of the Straits will present a series of classes, "Grief and the Healing Process," on Thursdays from February 22 to March 22 at the public library in St. Ignace. The series, which will meet from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., is offered free of charge.

The classes are designed to help participants recognize and understand that grief is a process of healing, rather than something to "get over" or recover from. Participants are asked to plan to attend all five sessions.
