92nd District Court

The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace February 6 and 7, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses.

+ Elaine Horn, 58, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to third degree retail fraud and was assessed a fine of $150 and six months probation. (St. Ignace City Police)

+ Michael Amarose Jr., 25, of Hessel, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)

+ Rick Wesley, 56, of Curtis, must spend 30 days in jail for probation violation.

+ Dwynita Gibson, 34, of Detroit, was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of controlled substance delivery/manufacture (second offense), and one count of controlled substance possession of marijuana. (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)

+ Nelson Brown, 41, of Detroit, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of controlled substance delivery/manufacture, one count of possession of marijuana, and one count of driving with license suspended. (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)

+ Shawn Brewer, 17, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of unlawfully driving away a motor vehicle and one count of driving with license suspended. (Michigan State Police)
