Regular Meeting

Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance: 7:00 p.m.

Trustees Present: Carpenter, Lofdahl, Nordquist Trustees Absent: Hudson, Leach

Carpenter moved to nominate Nordquist as chairperson of the meeting. Lofdahl supported. All Ayes. Motion carried.

Carpenter moved to approve the consent agenda including General Fund bills of $3,453.73 and Budget Amendments. Lofdahl supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Nordquist, Lofdahl, Carpenter Motion carried.

Lofdahl moved to adjourn at 7:05 p.m. Carpenter supported.
