92nd District Court

The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace April 25, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses.

+ Eric Wiertalla, 19, of Kincheloe, pleaded guilty to minor in possession (first offense). He was assessed a fine of $150 and three months probation. (Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians Police)

+ Gary Schwamb, 23, of Manistique, pleaded guilty to nonsufficient funds check of $100 or less. He was assessed a fine of $150 and restitution of $73.96. (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)

+ Angela Stevens, 36, of Cheboygan, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended. She was assessed a fine of $150 or 15 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

+ Amy Lindahl, 41, of Petoskey, pleaded guilty to operating while impaired and must spend 93 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

+ William Visnaw, 31, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to disorderly person, window peeping, and must spend 50 days in jail. (St. Ignace City Police)

+ Kraig Kimmel, 20, of Bay City, pleaded guilty to operating while impaired (second offense), driving with license suspended, and minor in possession, and must spend 180 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)
