Cheboygan Library To Host Seminars

Two business seminars are planned in May at the Cheboygan Public Library, hosted jointly by the Cheboygan and Indian River Chambers of Commerce.

"Guide to Starting a Small Business" will be offered Monday, May 14, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The cost is $15 per participant. Speaker Carl Bordelais is the regional director of the Michigan Small Business and Technology Development Center at Alpena Community College.

"Seven Secrets to Improve Your Marketing and Get More Sales" will be offered Wednesday, May 23, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The cost is $30 per participant. Speaker Tony Rubleski is the president of the Mind Capture Group.

Discounts are available for members of the Chamber of Commerce offices hosting the events.
