Clifford and Delores Marshall of St. Ignace are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.

They were married May 11, 1957, at the Zion Lutheran Church in Allenville. Fern (nee Huyck) Durm, the bride's sister, was the matron of honor and Bob Marshall, the groom's brother, served as the best man.

They have four children. Three children and their families reside in St. Ignace, Sheryl and Jimmy DeKeyser, Rick and Kari Marshall, and Randy and Gracia Marshall. Their daughter, Michelle Marshall, passed away in 1972. Mr. and Mrs. Marshall have five grandchildren and, with the arrival of twins this spring, four great-grandchildren.

In honor of their 50th anniversary, family and friends will gather Saturday, May 12, at Moose Lodge 999.
