Two Flea Markets Offered in Mackinaw City May 19

Two flea markets will be offered in Mackinaw City Saturday, May 19.

Mackinaw City Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) will host a flea market fundraiser from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Mackinaw City High School multiple purpose room.

Tables are $20 each to rent, or sale items can be donated to the PTO table. The PTO is raising money for its scholarship fund and year-end family picnic.

Call Kelly Eby at (231) 436- 5800 after 6 p.m. to reserve a table. To donate items to the fundraiser, call the Holsingers at (231) 436-5748 and they will pick up donations.

Mackinaw City Chamber of Commerce will host its second annual city-wide yard sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at various locations. The event is a fundraiser for the Chamber. The community may participate by calling Kelly Vieau at the Mackinaw City Chamber at (231) 436-5574. For $5, a yard sale will be placed on a map with all the other sales. Maps will be at the Chamber of Commerce and Arnold Line building on Central Avenue in Mackinaw City.

The deadline to be listed on the map is Tuesday, May 15.
