Critic of Fort de Buade Purchase Appreciates Chance To Be Heard
To the Editor:

I have been a vocal critic of the City of St. Ignace purchasing Fort de Buade with Sault Tribe 2% money for some time now. In recent days, I have expressed my objections through various forums, including The St. Ignace News, to which I have submitted several letters to the editor.

I appreciate your willingness to publish all of those letters, as it gave me the opportunity to express publicly a point of view contrary to that of a large portion of the St. Ignace business community. Your objectivity and balanced reporting in the face of a highly charged local issue is a tribute to your profession.
