Arresting agencies are in parentheses: + Elaine Chojnacki, 27, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to a county parental responsibility ordinance violation and will serve 12 months on probation, 90 days in jail, and pay a fine of $150. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians Police) + Jason Giraudy, 20, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to minor in possession of alcohol, second offense, and will serve a six-month probation and pay a fine of $25. (Mackinac Island Police Department). + Rebecca Bird, 48, of Germfask, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while visibly impaired and will serve 93 days in jail, be placed on probation for 12 months, and will pay a fine of $1,169 (Newberry State Police). + Leon Martineau, 41, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to illegal entry and larceny less than $200. He must spend 93 days in jail and pay $7.60 in restitution.
