Lions Club Hosts Memorial Day Weekend Dinner

The Les Cheneaux Lions Club will host its annual Memorial Day weekend whitefish dinner to raise money for academic scholarships Saturday, May 26, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Les Cheneaux Community Schools cafeteria in Cedarville.

The dinner is "all-you-caneat," and includes whitefish, baked potato, coleslaw, rolls, and desserts for $8 for adults and $4 for children younger than 12.

Proceeds will benefit the scholarship fund, which awards four, $750 scholarships to Cedarville High School graduates each year.

The school is at the corner of Beach Street and M-134 in Cedarville.
