Nicole Fritz

Nicole Marie Fritz, 20, of St. Ignace, died unexpectedly Saturday, June 2, 2007, at Northern Michigan Hospital in Petoskey.

She was born in Petoskey August 8, 1986. She is the daughter of Anita Dumas of St. Ignace and Bruce Fritz of Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was graduated from LaSalle High School in 2005, and attended Northern Michigan University in Marquette. She was active in band and sports.

Ms. Fritz recently was employed at McDonald's restaurant in St. Ignace and planned to return to Northern Michigan University in the fall. She is a member of the St. Ignace Assembly of God Church.

Ms. Fritz is survived by her parents; a special friend, Adam Sanborn of St. Ignace; her grandmother, Dorothy Fritz of Moore, Montana, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Donald Fritz, and grandparents, Gus and Bessie Dumas.

Services will be Wednesday, June 6, at 11 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in St. Ignace with Pastor Jim Fent officiating and Pastor Dan Williams and Pastor Bob Moody assisting.

Dodson Funeral Home of St. Ignace assisted the family with arrangements.
