Russ and Samantha Belonga of Moran announced the birth of a daughter, Lilyana "Lily" Mae Belonga, born April 18, 2007, at Northern Michigan Hospital in Petoskey. She weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces at birth and measured 21 inches in length. She joins a brother, Kurtis, 8, at home.

Grandparents are Dan and Mary Yellen of Rudyard, Dave and Laura Revard of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Linda Belonga of St. Ignace, and Jack Belonga of Moran. Great-grandparents are Jim and Bobbie Colegrove of Moran, and Leah (nee Bradford) Hall of Petersburg, Alaska.
