Clark Township Special Meeting Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at 6:00 p.m.
Call to Order at 6:04 p.m.

Roll Call : Ayes : Hudson, Carpenter, Nordquist Absent : Lofdahl, Leach

Carpenter moved to approve the agenda as presented. Nordquist supported. All Ayes. Motion carried.

Hudson motioned to accept the proposal from Payne & Dolan for curbs and gutters, and ask for 45 days to pay in full and decide at the next regular scheduled Board Meeting which funds the bill will be paid from. Carpenter supported. Roll Call : Ayes : Nordquist, Carpenter, Hudson. Absent : Lofdahl, Leach

Carpenter motioned to adjourn at 6:30 p.m., Nordquist supported. Ayes : Nordquist, Hudson, Carpenter Absent : Lofdahl, Leach
