      Call to Order: 5:12 p.m. Trustees Present: Nordquist, Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach. Carpenter moved to amend the agenda to include New Business #3 School Agreement. Hudson supported. Lofdahl moved to approve the agenda as amended. Nordquist supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
