Clark Township Board Meeting Minutes
Clark Township Board of Trustees Special Meeting 5:00 p.m.
Call to Order: 5:12 p.m. Trustees Present: Nordquist, Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach.

Carpenter moved to amend the agenda to include New Business #3 School Agreement. Hudson supported.

Lofdahl moved to approve the agenda as amended. Nordquist supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Hudson moved to go into Closed Session at 5:15 regarding the Metzger case. Lofdahl supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Open Session: 5:40 p.m.

Lofdahl moved to empower our attorney, Todd Millar, to pursue an appeal in the Metzger case. Leach supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Hudson, Nordquist, Lofdahl, Carpenter, Leach. Motion Carried.

Nordquist moved to contract with Hessel Block to put in fill to equal a 3- 1 slope at the Reid property and the price that he gave is $4,130 that includes everything and will be ready for seed when it is done. Lofdahl supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Leach, Carpenter, Hudson, Lofdahl, Nordquist. Motion Carried.

Lofdahl moved to approve the Bike Path Committee's request for $200 more for full-color setup for the water bottle label pending if they have enough money in the fund. Leach supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Nordquist, Hudson, Lofdahl, Carpenter, Leach. Motion Carried.

Nordquist moved to contract with R&R Excavating for $5,500 to bring in topsoil and level around pavilion, installation of soft 12 inch culvert in ball diamond drive, and to load and haul an estimate of 300 yd. of gravel from behind car wash to site and level to grade. Lofdahl supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Leach, Carpenter, Hudson, Lofdahl, Nordquist. Motion Carried.

Lofdahl moved to accept agreement with the school to collect the summer property taxes. Hudson supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Leach, Carpenter, Hudson, Lofdahl, Nordquist. Motion Carried.

Lofdahl moved to adjourn. Nordquist supported. Meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
