Coordinating the event are Darryl Brown of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians, and Cheryl Schlehuber, president of the St. Ignace Chamber of Commerce.

Sponsoring the event is the Chamber, Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians, St. Ignace Visitors Bureau, Michilimackinac Historical Society, Moran Township, St. Ignace Action Council, and the Visitors Bureau special events committee.
