Grant Provides for Trout Lake Twp. Hall

A new township hall at Trout Lake will be constructed with a $300,000 loan by United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development Tuesday, June 19.

Gene DeRossett, the agency's Michigan director, presented two awards in Chippewa County, including a $300,000 grant check for campus improvements to Bay Mills Community College in Brimley, and a $300,000 loan check to Trout Lake Township.
