Arresting agencies are in parentheses. + William Samual Fitzpatrick, 18, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,169, 93 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police) + Loucinda Dutton, 21, of Onaway, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $500. (Michigan State Police) + Pattie Sheppard, 37, of Pellston, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly intoxicated, second offense. She was fined $1,375, and must spend 365 days in jail and 18 months on probation. She was assessed a fine of $1,100, and must spend 93 days in jail and 12 months on probation.
