The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace, June 19 and June 20, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses.

+ William Samual Fitzpatrick, 18, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,169, 93 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)

+ Loucinda Dutton, 21, of Onaway, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $500. (Michigan State Police)

+ Pattie Sheppard, 37, of Pellston, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly intoxicated, second offense. She was fined $1,375, and must spend 365 days in jail and 18 months on probation. (Michigan State Police)

+ Constantin Elisie, 22, of Mackinaw City, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly intoxicated. She was assessed a fine of $1,100, and must spend 93 days in jail and 12 months on probation. (Michigan State Police)

+ Herbert Brown, 35, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of public utilities under $500. He was assessed a fine of $200, three months probation, and must pay $61.62 in restitution. (Michigan State Police)

+ Brenda Young, 48, of Saginaw, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $150 or 15 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

+ Joshua Bauss, 23, of Rochester, pleaded guilty to careless driving and was assessed a fine of $190. (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)

+ Steven Brown, 23, of Curtis, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, and must spend 93 days in jail and 12 months on probation. (Michigan State Police)

+ Stacey DeKeyser, 35, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. She was fined $1,100, and must spend 93 days in jail and 12 months on probation. (Michigan State Police)

+ James Perrault, 21 of Moran, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He was fined $500, and sentenced to 90 days in jail and six months on probation. (Michigan State Police)

+ Kari Lynn Hubchik, 19, of Plymouth, pleaded guilty to minor in possession, second offense. She was fined $250, and sentenced to 30 days in jail and three months on probation. (Mackinac Island Police)

+ Kaylene Grogan, 50, of St. Ignace, was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of controlled substance - delivery/manufacture less then 50 grams, and one count controlled substance - maintaining a drug house. (Staits Area Narcotics Enforcement)
