State Police Investigate Crime in Kinross Township

The Michigan State Police are investigating malicious destruction of property that occurred at the gravel pit west of Wilson Road and south of M-80 in Kinross Township in Kinross Township Tuesday, June 12, or Wednesday, June 13. Windows and engine intake of a Caterpillar excavator were damaged. The excavator is valued at more than $500,000. The suspects may have been riding a motorcycle or four-wheeler.

Those with information are asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 465-7867. Callers may remain anonymous. Information leading to arrests could lead to a reward of up to $1,000.
