Truman Graduated From LSSU

Patty Jo Truman of St. Ignace was graduated from Lake Superior State University May 5 with a major in biology, and a minor in chemistry.

This completes her pre-med requirement, and she will begin medical school studies at Ohio University of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio, July 31.

She started her health care career as a radiology technician, a position she has held at Mackinac Straits Hospital for the past 11 years.

Originally from Alpena, she is the daughter of Groan and JoAnn Truman of Alpena.
