200 Cyclists To Begin Tour in St. Ignace

About 200 bicyclists from the League of Michigan of Bicyclists will camp out at Little Bear East Arena and Community Center Saturday, July 21, in preparation for a 300-mile tour of the Eastern Upper Peninsula.

The two-day tour will begin in St. Ignace and go through DeTour, Sault Ste. Marie, Paradise, Newberry, and back to St. Ignace.

The League of Michigan Bicyclists is a nonprofit, statewide membership organization that supports improving conditions for bicycling in Michigan. Its headquarters is in Lansing.
