The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace Tuesday, July 3, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Matthew McKinney, 39, of New Boston, must spend 85 days in jail for probation violation.

• Tony Plank, 25, of Hessel, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of possession of firearms by a felon. He also waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count criminal sexual conduct, third degree. (Michigan State Police)

• Joshua Edelman, 18, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on four counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct involving persons 13 to 15 years of age. (Michigan State Police)

• Kaitlan Smock, 20, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to minor in possession, third offense, and was assessed a fine of $550 and three months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Michael Lowes, 19, of Sault Ste. Marie, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of armed robbery; one count of weapons-felony firearm; one count of conspiracy to armed robbery. (Michigan State Police)

• Kyle Spiekerman, 48, of Sterling Heights, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, must spend 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)
