The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace Tuesday, July 10, and Wednesday, July 11, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Amy Hamersmith, 36, of Stryker, Ohio, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, must spend 93 days in jail, and one month probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Casey Livingston, 28, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana and operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,500, must spend 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Blake Horsburgh, 19, of Willoughby, Ohio, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He was assessed a fine of $1,100, must spend 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Carla Bourcier, 43, of Manistee, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit court on one count delivery/ manufacture of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine) less than 50 grams. (Michigan State Police)

• Stanley Gugin, 34, of St. Ignace, was jailed for 25 days on probation violation.

• Juan Aguilar, 26, of Menominee, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count receiving and concealing stolen property $1,000 or more but less than $20,000, one count operating while intoxicated, and one count driving while under the influence. • Joseph Becker, 41, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to larceny less than $1,000, and was assessed a fine of $250, must spend 363 days in jail, and 12 months probation. Restitution was left open for six months. (Michigan State Police)

• Jason Evans, 20, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to careless driving, and was assessed a fine of $190. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Leon Martineau, 41, of St. Ignace, pleading guilty to receiving and concealing, less than $200, and must spend 20 days in jail. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Kenneth Jeffrey Jr., 37, of Mount Pleasant, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Michael Wood, 25, of Cedarville, following preliminary examination, was bound over to Circuit Court on one count resisting and obstructing a police officer and one count domestic violence. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Edward Tallman III, 24, of Ionia, following preliminary examination, was bound over to Circuit Court on two counts aggravated stalking, two counts stalking a minor - aggravated, and habitual offender, third offense. (Michigan State Police)
