The Clydesdales Have Arrived

Budweiser Clydesdales Team Supervisor Pete Peterson gives the draft horses water early Tuesday morning, July 24, at Little Bear East Arena in St. Ignace. Mr. Peterson and Assistant Supervisor Andrew Stalhiem prepared the horses for their Tuesday trip to Mackinac Island. An entourage of supervisors and handlers maintain the eight-horse hitch that will be housed at Little Bear all week while also visiting Mackinac Island July 24, Cedarville July 26, and participating in the Mackinac Bridge 50th anniversary parade Saturday, July 28. The horses are available for public viewing at the arena throughout the week.
