Clark Township Board of Trustees Special Meeting

Call to Order: 7:00 p.m.

Trustees present: Hudson, Carpenter, Nordquist, Lofdahl, Leach

Discussion regarding Eric Reif sewer

Hudson offered the following resolution:

Whereas, during the years 1991 through early 1993 Clark Township (the Township) implemented the "Sewer Expansion Project" (the project), and

Whereas, the Township established a special assessment district for specific areas where properties located within the pressurized sewer required a grinder pump station to facilitate the removal of waste water, and

Whereas, a contractor was retained by the Township to build the pressurized sewer system and connect to it those properties that were ready and able to connect to the system during the implementation period of the project, and

Whereas, the property of Mr. Eric Reif of Woodland Park was designated on the plans as a property to be connected under the scope of the project and appears to have been omitted as an error or omission, now

Therefore, be it resolved that the Clark Township Board of Trustees hereby deems that it is not in conflict with Sewer Ordinance # 82 of August 1993 to correct that error or omission which occurred at a time prior to the adoption of the ordinance.

Nordquist supported. Roll Call: Ayes: Nordquist, Lofdahl. Hudson, Carpenter, Leach.

Linda made motion to get bids from local contractors to excavate and put in the sewer pipe to the house at Eric Reif property. Lofdahl supported. All Ayes. Motion carried.

Lofdahl motioned to adjourn at 7:30. Leach supported. All Ayes.
