Payment to City Employee Hard To Believe
To the Editor:

I find it very difficult to believe that a part-time employee, who is paid $18 or more per hour, and is currently working two other jobs, and receiving retirement with health insurance, would have his neighbors (some of whom are having a difficult time paying their water bills), pay for his unused vacation.

Even more unbelievable is that City Council went into a "secret" meeting to vote on this action.
