Dave and Mary (nee Fisher) Martin are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Emily Dawn Martin, born Monday, August 6, 2007, at Northern Michigan Hospital in Petoskey.

She weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce, and measured 20 inches in length at birth.

Grandparents are Fred and Dawn Fisher of St. Ignace. Greatgrandparents are Ken and Phillis Fisher of Flushing.

The baby's middle name was chosen to honor her grandmother.
