Panthers Beat Hornets

Pickford Panthers junior varsity team defeated the Pellston Hornets 19-6 in a junior varsity match-up Thursday, September 6.

Panthers offense: Charlie Halsey scored two touchdowns and rushed for 191 yards; John Kelly, one touchdown and gained 110 yards; Cody Becks, 16 yards; Tyler Koffman, kicked one extra point.

Panthers defense: Tyler Koffman, nine tackles; Cody Becks, seven tackles, one interception; John Kelly, five tackles; Nathan Gregg, five tackles; Sam Carter, four tackles; Matt Beard, three tackles; Zack Derinski, two tackles; Charlie Halsey, one tackle, one interception; Nathan Myton and Jesse Richards, one tackle.
