Forest Clean-up Day at Castle Rock To Be Held October 13

A Forest Clean-up Day is planned in the Hiawatha National Forest Saturday, October 13, at 9 a.m. at Castle Rock parking lot in St. Ignace. Volunteers are needed for this event.

Past clean-up efforts have led to the elimination of more than 51 illegal dump sites and 1,000 tons of trash from the St. Ignace District of the Hiawatha National Forest.
