MSUE Hosts Home BuyerWorkshop

A Home Buyer Pre-purchase Workshop will be offered Thursday, September 27, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the St. Ignace Public Library by Michigan State University (MSU) Extension.

Participants will learn to assess their readiness to purchase a home; how to work with a real estate professional; home inspections and purchase agreements; financing a home and the closing process; budgeting and credit as they relate to home ownership, and basic home and financial maintenance.
