Saints Volleyball Defeats Indians, Falls to Hurons in Conference Matches

St. Ignace Saints varsity volleyball split Straits Area Conference matches, defeating the Newberry Indians (25-17, 25-15, 25-18) Thursday, September 20, and falling to the Rogers City Hurons (11-25, 19-25) Tuesday, September 18.

"This group has played well as a team, and continues to improve," said Saints Head Coach Gracia May-Marshall.

The St. Ignace Saints junior varsity split two matches, defeating Newberry (25-8, 25-6, 15-6) and falling to Rogers City (20-25, 20-25).
