Court Reports The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace Tuesday, October 2, and Wednesday, October 3, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended. • Jesse Pemble, 33, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $250. Doud, 35, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to operating a boat under the influence of liquor, second offense, and was assessed a fine of $1,500 and must wear a tether for 60 days. Stratton, 30, of St. Ignace, waived his preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine) less than 25 grams. (Michigan State Police) • Laura E. Lange, 34, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to use of a narcotic, and was assessed a fine of $1,000, 365 days in jail, and 12 months probation.
