Sandhill Cranes Gather Near Pickford

Nearly 100 sandhill cranes congregated in a farmer's field east of Pickford on M-48 Sunday, October 7. While sandhill cranes are common in the fields around Cedarville, Pickford, and Goetzville, they typically group in smaller numbers than this flock.
