The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace Friday, October 5, through Wednesday, October 10, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Timothy Moore, 31, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Daniel Fick, 43, of Pickford, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,600, one year in jail, and 18 months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Dale Conroy, 60, of Cheboygan, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (St. Ignace City Police)

• John Sullivan, 41, of Hessel, pleaded guilty to domestic assault, and was assessed a fine of $250 or 25 days in jail. (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)

• Daren Phillips, 20, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Ronald Grove, 44, of Hessel, pleaded guilty to failure to report an accident, and was assessed a fine of $150. (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)

• Kimberly Belonga, 42, of St. Ignace, waived her preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance and three counts delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance less than 50 grams. (Straits Area Narcotic Enforcement)

• Rachel Lapine, 19, of Manistee, waived her preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance less than 50 grams; one count conspiracy to conspiracy to delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance less than 50 grams; and one count false pretense $200 or more, less than $1,000. • Theresa Cemer, 41, of Inkster, pleaded guilty to operating while under the influence of drugs, and was assessed a fine of $1,169, 93 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Rodell Montgomery, 42, of Lapeer, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, and was assessed a fine of $250 and 60 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)
