Devon and Aaron Winberg
Devon Marie Hansen and Aaron Wayne Winberg of St. Ignace were united in marriage Saturday, September 29, 2007, at the Zion Lutheran Church in St. Ignace, with Pastor Tari Stage-Harvey officiating.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. Linda Marshall of St. Ignace was the vocalist.

The bride wore a strapless, white, satin a-line gown. The bridesmaids wore strapless, a-line, peridot dresses.

Maid of honor was Kristina Matson, accompanied by Rachel Adams, Tonya Valetta, both of St. Ignace, Myra McDermott of Brighton, and Anna Pemble of Colorado. Flower girl was Maddie Winberg of St. Ignace.

Russ Winberg of St. Ignace served as best man. He was accompanied by Stefan Saffian, Chris Matson, Kevin Matson, and Jack McLean, all of St. Ignace. Ushers were Chris Spencley of Brighton and Nick Gemalsky of Lansing. Luke Valetta of St. Ignace was the ring bearer.

Areception was held at Little Bear East Arena.

The bride, daughter of Tom and Dawn Saffian of St. Ignace, is a 1996 graduate of LaSalle High School, and is employed by the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians.

Mr. Winberg is a 1992 graduate of LaSalle High School and is employed by Winberg Masonry in St. Ignace. He is the son of Eldon and Shirley Winberg of St. Ignace.

The couple took a wedding trip to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. They will reside in St. Ignace.
