JoAn Reynolds
JoAn Rosella Reynolds of Cedarville worked in the office and then served as the city clerk of Farmington Hills for many years. Mrs. Reynolds was 82 when she died Friday, November 2, 2007, in South Haven.

She was born October 25, 1925, in Maple Ridge to Clarence Vernon and Alice Irene (nee Deford) Cross.

She grew up in Caro, moved with her family to Pontiac during her senior year in school, and was graduated from Pontiac High School.

She married Daniel Duncan Reynolds October 11, 1947, in Pontiac.

In preparation for retirement, Mr. and Mrs. Reynolds built a home in Cedarville and moved there permanently from Farmington Hills more than 20 years ago. She was a member of the Hessel Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by two daughters and their families, Nancy and James Schepers of South Haven and Janice and David Bjurstrom of Statham, Georgia, three grandchildren and their families, Rob and Stacey Schepers, Amanda and Benjamin Makin, and Katherine and Michael Paull, and one greatgrandson, Quentin Daniel Makin.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel, in 2005, and by one brother, Alvin Cross.

Services will be Wednesday, November 7, at Reamer Galer Funeral Home in Pickford. Visitation will start at 10 a.m. with the funeral at 11 a.m. The Reverend Judith Arnold will officiate.

Burial will be in Glen Eden Lutheran Memorial Park in Livonia.
