The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace Tuesday, November 6, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

• Susan Dodge, 44, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count conducting criminal enterprises; two counts controlled substance - delivery/manufacture (narcotic/ cocaine) less than 50 grams; and one count maintaining a drug house. (Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement)

• Darryl Fernald, 27, of Gould City, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with reporting duties of a sex offender, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Natalie Ghormley, 47, of Trout Lake, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated - second offense, and was assessed a fine of $95 and must spend 180 days in jail. (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)

• Frank Verderese, 51, of East Lansing, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated - second offense, and was assessed a fine of $419 and must spend 180 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Joseph Grassi, 25, of Negaunee, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Keith Walker, 24, of Sault Ste. Marie, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $500. (Michigan State Police)

• George LaPine, 48, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count controlled substance delivery/manufacture (narcotic/ cocaine) less than 50 grams, and one count conspiracy to controlled substance-delivery/manufacture (narcotic/cocaine) less than 50 grams. • James Tastula, 50, of Jones, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana, and was assessed a fine of $2,169, 365 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Jeremy Holsworth, 22, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count controlled substance delivery/manufacture marijuana (narcotic/cocaine) less than 50 grams. (Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement)

• Denise Turnell, 25, of Sault Ste. Marie, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,169, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Patrick Wheelock, 29, of Cheboygan, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $500 or 50 days in jail. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Ulysses Sistrunck Jr., 33, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to assault and battery, and was assessed a fine of $250 or 25 days in a jail. (Mackinac Island Police)

• Joseph Carr, 25, of Cedarville, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $250 or 25 days in jail. (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)

The 92nd District Court in Mackinac County is seeking the assistance of community members in locating the following individuals, who have either failed to appear in court or failed to comply with the terms of a sentence of the court. Anyone with information of their whereabouts is asked to contact the 92nd District Court at (906) 293- 5531.
