Remove Election Signs by November 16

Campaign signs for candidates for St. Ignace City Council in the city election Tuesday, November 6, must be removed from display no later than Friday, November 16.

City law states that election campaign signs can be displayed no sooner than 90 days before an election and no longer than 10 days after the election.

Candidates will be contacted to remove their campaign signs from residential yards and other areas within the city, City Manager Eric Dodson said. Any signs left up will be taken down by city workers, said Mr. Dodson.
