Court Reports The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace Tuesday, November 13, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended. • Tracey Walkley, 43, of Cheboygan, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $250. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians Law Enforcement) • Janice Mitchell, 48, of Engadine, pleaded guilty to receiving and concealing, $200 or more but less than $1,000, and was assessed a fine of $775, 365 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police) • Dennis Immel, 36, of Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated with an occupant younger than 16, and was assessed a fine of $1,375, 365 days in jail, and 18 months probation. (Michigan State Police) • Donald Flook, 18, of Pickford, waived his preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count second-degree home invasion. (Michigan State Police) • Ernest Gutierrez, 46, of St. Ignace, waived his preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count delivery/ manufacture of controlled substance (schedules 1, 2, and 3, except marijuana and cocaine), second offense. (St. Ignace City Police) • Donna LaPine, 41, of St. Ignace, waived her preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count conspiracy to controlled substance - delivery/ manufacture (narcotic or cocaine) less than 50 grams; and one count controlled substance - possession (narcotic/cocaine) less than 25 grams.
