Larry Frosland

Larry Wayne Frosland of Kalamazoo passed away Thursday, November 8, 2007.

He was born March 28, 1936 in L'Anse. He worked for the State of Michigan for almost 40 years, helped build the Mackinac Bridge, was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and was an avid bowler.

Surviving are his spouse of 43 years, Lillian, his daughters and their families, Deb Frosland and Coralee Hewitt; 10 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren, all of Kalamazoo; a brother and his family, Mike and Katie Frosland of St. Ignace, a nephew and his family, Keith and Wendy L. Frosland, and two nieces and their families, Wendy A. Frosland, and Michelle and Jeremey Peters.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Toini Frosland of St. Ignace, a stepson, Ken Goodacre, and a daughter, Valerie Frosland.
