Cedarville Trojans Extend Winning Streak to 30 Games
The Cedarville Trojans boys basketball team's undefeated streak reached 30 victories over a twoyear span after defeating Eastern Upper Peninsula Conference (EUPC) opponent Engadine Eagles 74-44 Thursday, December 13, and winning 75-34 over non-conference foe Harbor Springs Rams Tuesday, December 11. The Trojans recorded a perfect 26-0 record during the 2006-07 season, capped off with a state championship win, and have compiled a 4-0 overall mark and 2-0 in the EUPC this year. Against the Eagles in Thursday's game, Cedarville led 54-18 at halftime before Engadine outscored the Trojans 26-20 in the second half. Six players scored eight or more points for Cedarville.
