• Jody Eichler, 34, of Cheboygan, must spend 30 days in jail for contempt of court. (Michigan State Police)

• Robert Andrews, 45, of Barbeau, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and six months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Douglas Buskirk, 29, of Curtis, waived his preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count controlled substance - delivery/manufacture of marijuana (second offense). (Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement)
