Special Meeting

January 28, 2008

3:45 p.m.

Call to Order: 3:50 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance Trustees Present: Nordquist, Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach

Carpenter moved to approve the agenda as presented. Leach supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Hudson moved that the Township Board work with the Cedarville Bay Group and try to get an appropriations and to get on the dredge list. Nordquist supported. Lofdahl amended the motion to empower them to act on our behalf on doing the appropriations request. Carpenter supported. Vote on Amendment: All Ayes. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Nordquist, Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach. Motion Carried.

Carpenter moved moving forward with the Recreation Committee's fundraising project of a calendar based on that they have, known to the Township, at this time $5,700 to work with. Lofdahl supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Hudson, Lofdahl, Nordquist, Carpenter, Leach. Motion Carried.

Carpenter moved to adjourn. Nordquist supported.
