Call to Order & Pledge of Allegiance: 7:02 p.m. Trustees Present: Nordquist, Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach

Carpenter moved to approve the agenda as presented. Leach supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Zoning Text Amendment - Hessel Bay Boatworks Lofdahl moved that the Township Board approve the Zoning Text Amendment as presented by the Planning Commission with the amendment of changing Z to Y. Nordquist supported. Roll Call Vote:Ayes: Nordquist, Lofdahl, Carpenter, Leach. Nays: Hudson. Motion Carried. Rezoning Request -Wallace Hudson moved that the Township Board uphold the denial by the Planning Commission of Case #202 by reason that to allow the rezoning is contrary to the Master Plan. Additionally, the objective of the Shorestrip District for retaining the natural character of the shoreline, especially where beaches occur, is applicable to the subject property. Lofdahl supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Leach, Carpenter, Hudson, Lofdahl, Nordquist. Motion Carried.

Public Comments Gary Dumbauld made a public comment on record in the clerk's office.

Nordquist moved to adjourn. Carpenter supported. All Ayes: Meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
