St. Ignace Township residents will vote on two millage renewals May 6, one for roads and one for recreation.

A two-mill renewal of the township's road maintenance and construction program will be for five years and generate about $54,000 a year.

A 0.5-mill renewal for recreation will be for four years and will generate about $13,000 a year. The millage supports recreation for township residents through the St. Ignace Recreation Department.
