In the April 17 issue, in a front page article, "Massey Named to County's Interim Treasurer Position," it should have been noted that among other candidates, Robert Winkelman of St. Ignace has filed a petition to run for the partisan position of county treasurer in the August 5 primary election.

An article entitled "Agreement Reached on Bridge Walk for This Year," published in The St. Ignace News Thursday, April 24, incorrectly states that the Labor Day Mackinac Bridge Walk will be Saturday, August 30. The Bridge Walk will be Monday, September 1. Throughout the preceding weekend, the Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau is planning activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Bridge Walk, including a fireworks display Saturday, August 30.

Miranda Andress-Morse, a senior at Mackinaw City High School, was omitted from the honor roll list published on page 23 of the April 24 issue. She earned all A's.
