Deb Bulloch traveled north for the graduation celebration of her niece, Shauni Rutledge. Brandon Miesch enjoyed family time while celebrating his sister, Tristina Browning's, graduation celebration.

Wayne and Barb Riley of Wisconsin settled in for a few days at their home on the far side of Rexton, as did Gerri Maddox, who wintered downstate with her daughter.

Gladys Bumpus of Epoufette had the misfortune of falling and breaking her hip. She is currently undergoing rehabilitation in St. Ignace Mackinac Straits Hospital. If you're in the area, she's up to having company, according to her daughter, Wilma.

Condolences to Betty Smith on the untimely passing of her son-inlaw, Jerry Hutchinson, this past week.

Darlene Belleville of St. Ignace attended the graduation festivities for her great-niece, Tristina Browning, Sunday afternoon.

Opal Bowman of Lakeview is spending a few days in the area at the home of her daughter, Karen Livermore, and will alternate visits with her other daughter, Ruth DeMott.

Heading east on US-2 for Engadine's graduation ceremonies were Jerry and Susan Derusha and their daughters, Kristin and Meghan, who now reside in Escanaba.

Continued get well wishes to Lester Livermore Sr., Ray Derusha, Connie Paquin, and Mary Hart.

Happy birthday wishes to our grandson, Isaac, who will be 10 years old June 13.

Father's Day wishes to all of the very special gentlemen out there, including Dave Livermore, who is doing very well following his stay at Marquette General Hospital last week, Robert "Porky" LaPine, Sam Fraleigh, and my brothers, Dave and Ron Beaudoin, as well as the many great brothers-in-law and uncles.
